Dear Residents:

We would like to thank you for your understanding and co-operation during the recent snowstorm.

The Greater Toronto Area has not experienced a storm of this magnitude since 2008.

While we worked to respond quickly to the storm, the length and severity of it did present operational challenges.

Please be assured that we worked at full capacity throughout the weekend to clear major and local roads, sidewalks, trails and parking lots.

All resident inquiries regarding this event will be responded to in a timely and efficient manner.

We would like to commend residents for helping neighbours clear sidewalks, driveways and windrows.

Sincerely,
Town of Ajax
